With “ME,” Blackpink’s Jisoo makes her solo debut.
With the release of her EP “ME” on Friday, Jisoo, a member of the K-pop group Blackpink, became the last member to make a solo debut.

“As a group, we have Coachella and our concerts in April. We have exciting upcoming events.” In an online news conference, Jisoo told fans.
She said that her first record was the result of a lot of meetings and thought and that she wasn’t nervous about her solo debut. Jisoo has delivered the music video for her solo debut single, Flower. Her solo single album Me serves as an accompaniment to the title track.
The track has a marvelous sound to it matched with close-to-home verses and staggering shots. With the music video, the singer shows a new side of her voice and performer skills. The lavish shots, all taken outside of Korea, appear to support the claim that the music video is her agency YG Entertainment’s most expensive production to date.
The music video is at present moving on Youtube and has an incredible 19 million perspectives eight hours after its delivery. She also became the first female K-pop artist to ever sell 1.3 million stock pre-orders, making her the highest-ever pre-order stock seller.
BLACKPINK SOLO DEBUT’S
She is now the last Blackpink member to make a solo debut.
In 2018, Jennie, another Blackpink member, released her first solo album. In 2021, Rose and Lisa also made their debut as individuals.
The group began their “Born Pink” world tour in October in Seoul, which is scheduled to last until June.
As of Thursday, according to YG Entertainment, pre-orders for Jisoo’s debut album had surpassed 1.31 million copies.
